Saloma

Saloma from Bronx, NY

I want to get my daughter supplies so she can succeed in 11th grade.

I'm a disabled single parent and I'm proud of my daughter. She will be entering 11th grade soon; I would like to get her school supplies.

My need and situation

I am a 55 year old single parent. I have a lot of disabilities with limited income. Because of my disabilities I am unable to work.

My goals are to get my daughter Faith clothing and school supplies for the upcoming school year. My daughter did extremely well the past school year. Due to my limited income I am unable to supply her with the clothing and supplies she needs for the upcoming school year.

What I need is to get my daughter Faith proper clothing and school supplies for the upcoming school year. The new school year will be more challenging since she will be going to the 10th grade. My goal is to have her graduate high school with exceptionally good grades.

Meeting this need will help me because it will take the burden of me in finding the income to supply her needs for the upcoming school year.

I have known Saloma for the past 4 months. She attends my Bingo and women's group. She is very independent and outspoken. Her daughter, Faith, is her main priority. Saloma wants the best for her daughter and wants her daughter to graduate high-school in a timely manner. She wants her daughter to become a professional and succeed in life. Saloma will be extremely happy if this need is met since she cannot afford the necessary school supplies and clothing her daughter will need for the upcoming school year.
