PO De Castro

My job title is Probation Officer. I supervise individuals sentenced to Probation, and ensure they are following their conditions imposed by the Court, in order to decrease the recidivism rates.

The best part of my work is observing how much people may develop skills they didn't think of having it before. In addition, seeing their improvement in life, and having them acknowledge their accomplishments is very gratifying.
