My job title is Chief Operating Officer. I have been in this position since January 1, 2012. My work involves organizational development, quality assurance, administrative oversight, and direct services. What I like about my job is being in a position to empower people at all levels. Other positions I have held at my organization include Executive Administrator and Director of Youth Services. In the future, I would like to serve as Executive Director for the company. I am very passionate about helping to facilitate transformation in peoples' lives. I enjoy working with a wide range of people and most especially teenagers and young adults.
