Crystal

My job title is Employment Specialist. My work involves providing employment services to the homeless. This entails providing soft skills workshops, job readiness, resume and cover letter building, mock interviewing, and job development. We also provide transportation and many times interviewing attire.
What I like about my job is that I am able to assist those who need help becoming gainfully employed. It is rewarding when I am successful and the client is very grateful. I build relationships in the community thus making my effort even more rewarding.
I have been involved with social work for many years and I enjoy providing services to the public. I look forward to this new effort with Benevolent. I believe this collaboration will bring joy to many that have been disenfranchised in this community. Thus changing people lives.
