My job title is Resident Service Coordinator. I have been in this position since May 2012. My work involves helping families meet their needs and achieve their individual goals as they work towards self-sufficiency. What I like about my job is the opportunity to build connections and supports to strengthen our community. In the future, I would like to work in community development, educating others on what it takes to blend diverse populations into one cohesive community. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is when I am able to help someone get the resources they need to get over their roadblocks and watch them continue along on the road to success.
