Eric White
My job title is Weld Instructor and I have been in this position since April 18, 2011. My work involves training trainees in understanding the welding process and MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to better enhance their employment possibilities. Through interactive communication, hands on demonstration, and peer learning my course resembles a job environment rather than a school environment.
What I like about my job is that I get a chance to share my knowledge and skill set to allow others to gain employment.
Other positions I have held at my organization include Forklift Instructor and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Training Instructor.
In the future, I would like to be in a position where I'm still able to help others.
