I have been working at The Cara Program for 2 years. I have been an Individual Development Specialist for the last 3 months. Previously, I worked in Human Resources, which has provided me the ability to aid individuals in their job search and ensure that they remain on their job.

I found The Cara Program by seeing their results. The company I worked for had hired Cara students previously and I was impressed by their unique ability to ensure people were successful on the job. Today, I feel honored to have the ability to aid people in that process.
