My job title is Case Manager for the Open Doors Project.
My work involves meeting with our participants in both weekly individual Case Management sessions and group support meetings. Together, we work on attaining individual goals like housing, employment, and personal discovery.
What I like about my job is the people who I meet. I enjoy getting to sit with individuals each week and learn about their rich life experience, as together we work toward maintaining that same fullness of life, one that includes respect, agency, and purpose.
I am currently getting a Masters degree in social work. Working at EDSSC is the best opportunity I can have for learning about the diversity of people, their rights, and the possibility for making a positive change in this world.

I just got a job! All I need is transportation to get there.

I need bus fare to get to work for the first 3 months. With the money I earn, I'll be able to save up so that I can find stable housing. More
