My job title is Sr. Employment Coach. I have been in this position since June 2010. My work involves preparing JARC's trainees for work by assisting with resume and cover letter writing, mock interviews and other work readiness issues. What I like about my job is teaching Work Readiness Classes.
Other positions I have held at my organization include Women in Manufacturing Program Coordinator. In the future, I would like to see more funding for job training programs.
