Overview
I am a 24-year-old father. I have been in and out of homelessness all my life and I'm trying to get trained for a job in the entertainment industry.
My goals are to complete my CompTIA A+ certification course, enroll in audio production training, and to provide suitable housing for my family. I'm excited for the opportunity to get back on my feet and earn the respect I deserve.
I need assistance paying for my exam fee. I'm not working right now so I can take the class and am currently being supported by my partner's family. I'm confident I can pass the exam - I love computers - but the test fee is prohibitively expensive.
Meeting this need will help me because I'm ready to start my career, and gaining the A+ certification will give me credibility in the industry.

I met Chris through Center for Changing Lives' CompTIA A+ program, where participants attend class four times a week to work toward their certification. Chris is very passionate, goal-oriented, and full of perseverance. Getting his CompTIA A+ certification exam fee paid for will help Chris feel more confident in his career path and open opportunities to better paying jobs so he can provide for his family.
