Jaime

Jaime from Chicago, Illinois

My disability put me out of work. Fixing my glasses will help me get back on track!

I need to replace my glasses, which have been broken for over 3 months making it difficult for me to complete daily tasks.

Overview

I am 58 years old, and no longer able to work. I am currently waiting on my disability application to through, and spending my time volunteering at a local soup kitchen and reading.

My goals are to be able to support myself through disability payments and to find a stable place to call home.

I need to replace my glasses, which have been broken for over 3 months making it difficult for me to complete daily tasks. My insurance is not able to replace them and so I am looking for some help to replace them.

Meeting this need will help me because right now I am pretty limited in what I can do, and getting a new pair of glasses would help me a lot.
