Overview

I am a 49 year old father of 3 currently enrolled in the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) training program at Jane Addams Resource Corporation.

My goal is to become a certified CNC operator/programmer and obtain an entry level position with a reputable manufacturing company that will allow me an opportunity to develop and increase my skill set so that I can make CNC a career.

I need proper clothing and boots that can be worn in a manufacturing environment.

Meeting this need will help me because OSHA work rules require manufacturing workers to wear steel–toed boots, so it is essential that I acquire a pair in order to ensure my safety. Also, getting work uniforms will allow me to complaint with industry standards.

I have known Russell for about 9 months now. I really cannot say enough good things about Russell's initiative, dependability, and drive while at JARC. Work boots and work uniforms are often an expense one does not account for when making a monthly budget, but they are obviously vital when working in the manufacturing industry. I really think funding this need will definitely go a long way for Russell; he has always been so honest and clear about what he’s looking for, and it would be great to see him receive this help.
