Overview
I am a 21 year old young man who has recently lost his mother. I am on my own and homeless. I currently reside at a Men's Shelter. I was diagnosed with severe depression, and I would like to start rebuilding my life.
My goals are to leave the Men's Shelter, and go into an independent living program, where I can live on my own. I am currently going on job interviews to find work, and hopefully one day go back to school. I want to live a regular life like any normal 21 year old.
I need clothes so that I can be better prepared to go on these interviews, and make a good impression. I want to be able to go in any interview and not feel ashamed or embarrassed because I don't have the proper clothing.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be one step closer to rebuilding my life. Working, having a place to live, and attending school are normal for many, but I do not have that. I just want a chance to feel confident and look presentable as I work towards looking for a job to provide for myself.
