Overview
I am currently training at Jane Addams Resource Center to become a welder. I’ve been in the program for two months with one month left to complete the program.
My goals is to obtain a job in the manufacturing industry. I currently deliver packages for Amazon part-time, but I’m really excited to pursue my new welding career full-time!
I need an eye exam and safety prescription glasses. This will protect my eyes during training and my work.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to see my welds more clearly, and will keep my eyesight safe and secure.
