Cheyanne is grateful for the support she received... Feb 28, 2020
Cheayanne was able to use her Benevolent funds to purchase herself a new bed and Bedding sets that she and her mother needed. Her room did not have a mirror, which she also purchased. She also brought herself some new pillows. Due to a bedbug infestation in her building, she purchase two bedbug mattress protectors for herself and her mother whom she resides with. Although they requested funding for a new door, being able to utilize the funding for items they needed has been a great help to the family.
Overview
I am an 18 year old high school student with a 2 year old daughter.
My goals are to graduate high school and become certified in cosmetologist. I want to be able to support myself and my daughter.
I need a security door for my apartment. Our door was recently kicked in by my daughter's father. The security door will prevent him from trying do it again.
Meeting this need will keep my daughter and myself safe, we will be able to sleep at night without fear.
Need funded!

Cheyanne is working hard on obtaining her high school diploma and pursing her goal of becoming a cosmetologist. She loves her daughter and wants her to feel safe. The landlord is willing to replace their door; a reinforced door will be at their expense. The cost is $400. For now they have a temporary door that will need to be replaced.
