I am a 22 year old male from Brooklyn NY. I am currently a participant for an employment program I was referred to by my PO called Center for Employment Opportunities. I work a few days and meet with job developer once a week. I also am an aspiring music producer.

My goals are to find permanent employment and continue my hobby of being a music producer. I want to go to college in the future.

I need a bed (bed frame, box spring, and mattress) for my room. I was sleeping on a couch but a few weeks ago, it broke. I currently sleep on the floor with covers and it is very uncomfortable, but I try to manage because I need my sleep to stay productive the next day.

Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to sleep comfortably. Getting a good night rest can keep me productive for work and future goals.

I am currently the assigned Probation Officer for Erick. Erick has been cooperative and willing to participate in programs and continues to keep a positive mindset while on probation. Erick has explained his goals to me and has made a plan with me for how he would like to achieve them. When I visited his home, I was surprised to find that he sleeps on the floor. This is unacceptable and Erick deserves to go home to an environment that will keep his mind focused and positive. I would like for Erick to achieve his dreams and goals while on probation but also avoid getting into trouble with the law again. Erick has a bright future waiting for him.
