Overview
I am a 22 year old from Brooklyn NY. I am on the road to redeem myself to my family and myself. I am currently unemployed and have dreams in being an aspiring musician.
My goals are to find suitable employment and to earn my GED. I am awaiting an intake appointment with Brooklyn Library for High School Equivalency courses but don't have the tools needed. I also work in studios sessions to record and produce music but at times cant afford the fees for each session.
I need a laptop to do research on suitable employment and start a mini studio at home. I also need the laptop before my HSE courses begins in a few weeks.
Meeting this need will help me because due to the COVID 19 pandemic, all programs are being conducted online and would like to take the opportunity to learn and earn my HSE diploma at home until I can find employment. This can also help me work on my music at home when i cant afford studio sessions. This can also improve my family in them seeing that i want to change my life and make my parents proud of my goals.
