Overview
I am in the final year of high school. I am the oldest sibling and have one brother and one sister. My parents are struggling to meet our basic needs.
My goal is to attend medical school and become a doctor. I am making good grades. There is a need for medical doctors in Sierra Leone as the ratio of medical doctors to the population is very low. I look forward to contributing to health care.
I need help with covering the cost of additional coaching lessons to help me prepare for the end-of-high school exams. Success in this exam is critical for acceptance into college. These funds will also cover exam fees, the cost of transportation to school/lessons and supplementary study materials, etc.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to successfully prepare for and take my exams. Clearing this hurdle successfully will help launch me into medical school.
