Overview
I am a 23 year old fistula survivor and mother of two. I lost my third child due to prolonged labor. After 5 months of enduring the awful symptoms of my fistula, I received two surgeries and I am still recovering. I recently took a Kiondo workshop where I learned how to hand-make baskets.
My goals are to start making and selling baskets to be able to support my family.
I need $250 to get all the supplies I need to start this business.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to support myself and my family.
Need funded!

Hafani is a strong, lively young woman who is determined to support her family. She is a fistula survivor who suffered from symptoms for five months. After two surgeries, she was able to recover and she's ready to get back on her feet. Hafani completed a basket-making workshop and wants to start a business to support her family. I have complete confidence in Hafani to help feed and clothe her family once she starts making and selling her baskets.
