Armani received his tools! Aug 6, 2014
We received a wonderful update from the Urban League of Central Carolinas:
"Armani was extremely excited about taking his tools to his new job. Armani currently works for an apartment complex full time, but has been asked to stay on for another 6 month project with the company. With these tools, Armani has all he needs to be successful in his job. We would like to thank ALL the donors that took time to view his video and donate to his cause. You have helped him move to the next steps with no worries. Thank you!"
Overview
I'm from Syracuse, New York. I Live in Charlotte, NC for the last 13 years. Something interesting about me is my perception of the world based on my experiences. I'm happiest when I'm with my family. I'm my most proud of my mom. She was a single mom and has a BS in criminal justice. She's a strong, independent woman. I wouldn't be the man I am today without her.
I am a hardworking individual who just needs a chance to succeed.
My goals after receiving my HVAC certification are to start my career! I hope to make a name for myself in this industry maybe be able to work independently one day.
My need is to get help with the money to purchase the HVAC tools. Each HVAC mechanic has their own tools. This is my only usable skill. A certificate without tools stills equals NO JOB.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be armed with the tools I need to be successful as a mechanic in the HVAC industry.
Need funded!
Thank you for helping Armani fund this need.
