Overview

I am a single parent of three boys trying to support my family while unemployed. I have been looking for a job but have not found anything yet. Trying to support a family with little income has been difficult but I am trying my best.

My goal is to find a good paying job so that I can take care of my family.

Car repairs will allow me to get my sons to school and their required appointments on-time.

Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to meet the needs of my children which is important to their progress in and out of school.

I met Janesther from being on my caseload. Her sons are receiving therapy at our organization. As a single, unemployed parent Janesther is trying to keep up with the demands of her sons while looking for employment. She has no support system so it has been really difficult for her. Car repairs will alleviate some of the burden she has in getting her children where they need to go as required by the program she is participating in.
