Overview
I am 28 and from Huntsville, Alabama. I have been homeless for several months. I finally just saved enough money to move into my own apartment in Cicero. I currently work two jobs, one for a Chicago newspaper and another for an event staffing firm.
My goal is to be able to work more events at the event staffing firm so I can save in order to continue to be able to pay my rent, and to hopefully purchase a car so I can work events in the suburbs. Right now I can only work certain types of events because I don't have the uniforms I need.
I need a full working tuxedo in order to work more catering events. This would include a tuxedo shirt, pants, tie, shoes and cuff links.
Meeting this need will help me because getting this uniform is the only thing standing between me and more work! Since I'm already working for the event staffing firm I only need this last uniform in order to be able to work all the different types of events they have.
