I have a work study job, but it's not enough for me to afford the dental loupes I need for class, clinics, and eventually a job as a dental hygienist.

Thank you very much for supporting me on one of my semesters of dental hygiene school. Getting my loupes was possible because of the help I got through Benevolent. It is really amazing how it works, I want to thank all those people that supported my cause. All of you helped me so much and made me really happy. Again thank you very much for the support.

Overview

I am a 24 year old college student going to school full time to become a dental hygienist. I am on my second semester of the program and need to buy dental loupes in order to continue with my education.

My goals are to finish hygiene school in order to find employment as a dental hygienist. I want to be able to help people with their oral health and to do it for my living.

I need help for paying for my dental loupes. They are very expensive and I am unable to pay for them myself with the job I currently have in the work study program.

Meeting this need will help me because they are a required tool that everybody in the field needs. Having them will mean that I will be equipped and able to keep up in class and the clinics I have to attend.

I have known Karina for the past 6 months and have been working with her to further her education. She is a determined and hard working individual who wants to finish school to become a dental hygienist. I have been helping her with her tuition and book needs and want to help her with her current need of getting her dental loupes so that she can continue and be prepared with her education.
