Overview

I am a single mother of two little girls. I am working towards full-time employment and would like to further my education. Right now, I work a part-time job and will be working two additional part-time jobs come December. I am also a member of the Parent Council at my daughter's school and serve as a parent delegate every Tuesday.

My goal is to find full-time employment that will lead to a career in the healthcare industry. I am deeply passionate about helping people to maintain stability in their health and in their lives.

I need assistance with car repairs. Currently, I cannot use my car and am required to use public transportation and rides from neighbors, which typically adds an hour and 45 minutes to my work commute. To successfully balance my 3 jobs and children's needs, I need my car.

Meeting this need will help me because it will allow me to successfully work 3 jobs which then allows me to be more financially stable. Furthermore, it makes my life more efficient and easy to plan for my future goals.

Unique has been working with Center for Changing Lives for about 4 months. She is extremely motivated and compassionate and never fails to bring her best. I know that meeting this need is important because it will give Unique the flexibility she needs to succeed in her goals.
