Overview
I am a 52-year-old native Tucsonan father of two. My son recently passed away, and I was able to cover all of the costs of his funeral service. I need to pay for his cremation so that he can finally be at rest and I can move forward.
I recently lost my job as a truck driver a couple of months ago and am currently looking for employment. My goals are to obtain full time employment to support myself and my family and to obtain my bachelors degree in paralegal. I had to miss a couple of semesters but plan on registering for the fall to continue on with my education.
I need assistance in paying for the cremation costs for my son. He passed a few weeks ago. All other services were paid for (embalming, viewing, church service) but the cremation costs are pending. Because I am not working at the moment, I do not have the funds to pay for it.
Meeting this need will allow me to put some closure to this painful chapter of my life.

Carlos is a veteran who is currently receiving UI but is actively seeking employment. The loss of his son has been a trying time for him and his life is currently at a standstill. He is looking to find closure. Meeting this need will help out Carlos tremendously in that he will not have to worry about where to find the funding for the cost.
