Mari

Mari from Tucson, AZ

I'm a recent immigrant ready for a job in the US. I need my residency card to start.

After losing my purse, I've been unable to save enough to purchase a new residency card. I will then be able to enter my career field.

Overview

I am a 32-year-old college student who is currently going for my Behavioral Health and Social Services certificate. I am currently working part-time to help support myself and my family.

My goals are to become a Behavioral Health Technician and to take better care of my health. From my upraising, I have gained knowledge and experience and I have a desire to use this to help other people. By obtaining my certificate, I will be able to do so and make a difference.

I need assistance in replacing my residential card. I lost my purse, which contained my costly card. I currently have a year replacement card but need to get my official card before it expires.

Meeting this need will help me because once I finish my program, it will be one less stress I have to worry about. I will then be able to obtain employment afterwards and enter my career field.

I met Mari while working at Arizona @ Work. She is currently attending school to obtain her Behavioral Health and Social Services certificate. She has been working hard to achieve her goals and is determined to let nothing stand in her way. By meeting this need, Mari will be able to continue her training without having to worry about her situation. She had a mishap in losing her card but is doing everything she can to replace it. She will be very appreciative for any help she receives.
