Overview

I am 45 years old and was incarcerated for 6 years. I have been trying to look for a job and I was recently blessed enough to finally obtain a full time job.

My goals are to keep my employment so that I may be able to help out my aunt who has been my support and also try and save enough money and find a place of my own.

I need help to buy bus passes so that I may have reliable transportation so that I am able to go to and from work. If I am able to obtain these passes then I will be able to get to work for two months without fail and save enough money to buy a yearly pass on my own.

Meeting this need will help me because I will have the assurance that I can make to work all week and not have to worry how will I make it through my probationary period at work. I know this is an opportunity that I have been waiting for to get my life back on track and being fortunate enough to find employment has been the first step now I need your help to make it through this process in my life to help me move towards my future goals.
