Overview

I am a 62-year-old man who just got housed in a senior building. I work part-time through National Able Networks senior employment programs.

My goals are to maintain employment and not have to keep moving around.

I need some basic household items like furniture, linens, kitchenware to make my new apartment comfortable and feel like home.

Meeting this need will help me because I have moved a lot over the years and I'm happy to finally be in a place where there's not a move out date.

I have been working with Stephen for over 3 years through the Elam Davies Social Service Center as he has participated in our case management program and worked through the National Able Network. Stephen is a dedicated coworker and active participant in his case management sessions. He has been looking forward to having his own place and settling in for a long time. I believe a few household items will really go a long way in helping him find some peace in his new home.
