I am a U.S Army veteran, and I enjoy working with my hands. I recently survived a motorcycle crash. I'm a husband and father of 3 girls looking forward to a career in the trades.
I'd like to get my welding certification and thus employment so I can support my family.
My glasses broke during my motorcycle accident and I need perfect corrected vision to be able to weld properly. My backup pair were three years old and cracked after a couple weeks.
I've noticed a drop in quality of weld performance since my glasses broke, and I can't perform well, much less progress my skills without proper vision.

I have known Jorge for about 5 months now. I really cannot say enough good things about Jorge's initiative, dependability, and drive while at JARC. I really think funding this need will definitely go a long way for Jorge; he has always been so honest and clear about what he’s looking for, and it would be great to see him receive this help.
