Overview

I am a 47-year old, purpose-driven individual. I am developing my personal being with the help of Above and Beyond. I'm at the point of looking for work with the help of Above and Beyond, and recently passed the exam for becoming a security guard with A.A.G.!

My goals are to go back to school, get my own apartment and begin working for A.A.G. I am determined to get a job that will apply my skills of supporting and protecting people.

I need a help covering the cost of a PERC Card and Fingerprinting, which totals $115.00. Although the exam and training for becoming a security guard with A.A.G. was covered, and the last step involves a cost.

Meeting this need will help me because it will allow me to become employed. I was offered the security guard position with A.A.G., but on the condition that I complete the fingerprinting and perk card print out. Covering these fees is the final step toward my new life!

I have known Ron since September 2018 when he first started treatment at Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center; an outpatient, holistic substance use recovery center. More recently, I have to come to know Ron because he continues to stay connected here as a volunteer in our Community Garden. Ron is extremely positive, and his personality and confidence has truly bolstered during his time here at Above and Beyond.
