Overview
I am an artist, a creator, a person, a woman. I am transgendered.
My goal is to open my own hair salon one day. I'd like to be financially independent and successful.
I need to obtain my certificate in order to be a licensed barber in NYC. My savings can go only so far, and the additional $500 would enable me to achieve my dream. If possible, I would like to attend the Career School of Cosmetology on Staten Island.
My barber's license would be my first step towards opening my own salon. I'd be licensed, self-supporting, independent businesswoman.

I've been supervising Bee for some time now. Her life is on the cusp of change for the better. She possesses an artistry and a meticulous attention to detail that is remarkable and worthy of development. A $500 barber license is substantially lower than a cosmetology license which can run over $2,000+.
