Overview

I am a 38 year old fistula survivor and business owner. I own a salon in my village where I do hairdressing for my community.

My goals are to hire women from my community at my salon. There are many needy women, and it will change our village to be better for everyone if they have opportunities to earn.

I need $200 to cover the pay of a few new employees. Expanding my business will help the economy of our village. Earning outside the home helps women have dignity and respect from the men of the community.

Meeting this need will help me because I love my community and I want to help others earn a living. I use my skills to support myself and I am motivated to expand my business.
