Overview
I am a 20 year old man who is trying to get a fresh start at a new life. My family of 6 and myself lived clustered in a 1 bedroom apartment, until recently when were able to move into a house with more space. However, this house is not in the best condition and we are currently trying to fix the home one step at a time.
My goals are to one day obtain my High School Equivalency Diploma and gain a career in Automotive and EMT. I plan to help my mother and family find a better lifestyle where we can live comfortably.
I need sheetrock, wall installations and two new windows for the home. The walls are damaged and there are two broken windows.
Meeting this need will help me because my family and my self will be able to be protected from the cold in the winter and will be able to remove molds from the home walls. Our home will be comfortable and safe to sleep in.

I have been working with Elijah for the past 6 months and have seen Elijah working very hard. Elijah has participated in Summer Youth Employment Program and is currently being Mentored by the Arches Program at Community Mediation Services. Elijah is constantly working hard to help his family and live a better lifestyle.
