Overview
My name is Jesus. I am currently unemployed but working to improve my life and financial situation by finding a job. I face a medical challenge in my life that makes it harder than usual to find employment.
In order to attend various job-placement programs and interviews, I need a State ID, which I don't have due to missing documents. I was recently approved for permanent housing, and I want to work to support myself.
My goal is to pay for a copy of my Birth Certificate and State ID.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to obtain a NY State ID. Then I will be able to enter job programs as I look to support myself.

I currently supervise Mr. Giraldo. I have been assisting him to achieve his goals. He is working hard towards his goals and I want to do everything I can to help him get there. He has a medical condition that prevents him from attending the work placement program I would normally refer him to, so we are working hard to find a way forward for him.
