Overview
I am a mother of four and a widow. I had a problem in childbirth called obstetric fistula that made it very difficult for me to work. I have had surgery to repair the fistula and now I am healthy and able to work.
My goals are to start a hotel business in my village. I can provide travelers with beds and earn an income to provide my four children with basic necessities.
I need $300 of capital to start my hotel business. This will buy me supplies to house people for several nights and get my business running.
Meeting this need will help me because I have four children to provide for. I learned business skills in a program called Beyond Fistula, and I want to earn income with my hotel business. The only thing in my way is $300 for capital.

Catherine recently completed our business training module. She is a tenacious learner and mother - and I'm sure she'll bring that ambition into her business venture. The hotel business is a great choice for her considering her organizational skills and people skills. Beyond Fistula will continue supporting her through follow-ups to see that she gets back on her feet.
