Overview
I am a hard-working student with big dreams of working as a caterer in the food industry. Right now, I'm in year 2 of catering school and I love it.
My goals are to earn my way out of poverty by working hard and following my dream. I want to provide for myself and my family.
I need financial assistance to help me with covering the costs of child care for my 1-year old child - while I'm at school. I also need help paying for transportation from my home to my catering school. And, I need help buying supplies and utensils for my catering class.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to focus on my education and not miss any classes because I can't afford child care. Meeting this need will help me get back and forth to class. And, with supplies/utensils, I'll be able to maximize my education and have a better chance of success.
