Overview
I am a single mother who is suffering from a spinal injury that has left me with limited mobility. I find it very difficult to walk and I cannot work. I live in an impoverished neighborhood with limited access to electricity or fresh water.
I want to be able to manage my illness with medication. With my illness under control, I can enjoy a better quality of life by doing more things for myself.
I need financial assistance to help purchase medicine. I'm currently unable to work and have no income to allow me to buy the medication I need.
Being able to take the medicine I need will help me manage my illness. Managing my illness correctly will help me to feel better, and I'll be able to do more.
