Overview

I am 55 years old. I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. I got married a few years ago to the love of my life while we were both homeless and living in a shelter. Fortunately we were able to get a apartment.

My Goals are to be a good husband to my wife and to be a productive member of society.

I am trying to raise money to get my car fixed. My car needs a radiator replacement. I went to a couple of repair shops but I’m not able to pay this cost on my own.

Meeting this need will help me because I’ll be able to work and support my family. Without my car it will be hard for me to get to work. My job is so far away and I need my car to keep me bills paid and food on the table.

I have been working with Leon, as his case manager with Inspiration Corporation for about 6 months now and his determination to maintain a steady flow of income is commendable. Leon works very hard to provide for his wife and always tries to ensure that he has transportation to work and that he gets to work on time. Leon is a good man and I believe him getting his car fixed will not only help him in getting to work, but will also assist him in many other ways when it comes to providing for his family especially during the winter seasons.
