Overview
I am a 53-year-old married woman with five children. After being diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer in July 2022, my life took a drastic turn. I underwent six sessions of chemotherapy and 25 sessions of radiation therapy as part of my treatment. Unfortunately, the cancer medication caused me to develop a fistula, which resulted in constant leakage, regardless of whether I am walking, sitting, or even sleeping.
My goals are to spend the last few months with my children because my cancer is late stage and I want to put some money aside for them so that they can continue school.
I need assistance to cover the cost of diapers for myself. I am seeking $375 to alleviate this burden and provide the necessary care for my family during this challenging time.
Your support in helping me meet this financial need would not only provide relief in terms of basic necessities but also offer a sense of stability and comfort in a difficult period. It would allow me to focus on being there for my children and cherishing the time we have left together.

Florence was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer in July of 2022 and has endured chemotherapy and radiation treatment. The unfortunate sequelae of her cancer was a fistula that resulted in uncontrolled leakage of urine. She cannot afford diapers to keep herself dry. We want to help her live out her last year of life in dignity and also to help her put aside some money to be sure her children remain in school. She is a warm-hearted woman who has suffered greatly.
