Overview
I am a 37 year old mother of five. I am currently seeking employment and recently had to move and leave all my furniture in my previous residence because of bedbug infestation. Now my children are without beds and sleep on the floor.
I recently received my GED and look forward to furthering my education so that one day I can own my own business.
I need four beds and dressers or organizing bins so my children will not longer have to sleep on the floor and so I can organize their clothes in their rooms.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to focus on going back to school and not worry about my children's quality of life. I will also be able to organize their rooms and bring some order back to our lives.

Cocoa came to the organization looking for support in relocating after bedbugs invaded her previous home. Since she is on a fixed income she wanted to ensure her children were provided for while she transitioned into new housing. Now that she is settled in she still needs beds and a means to help organize her children's clothes. She recently got her GED and is trying to build a better life for her family but bedbugs were a major setback to her plan.
