Overview
I am a 19 year-old homeless male currently seeking employment and housing. I moved to Chicago after graduation and my plans fell through.
My goals are to find employment and receive permanent housing so I can get back on my feet.
I need a birth certificate as well as a social security card in order to receive an Illinois State ID. Having these items will hopefully increase my chance of obtaining employment.
Meeting this need will help me complete any necessary paper work needed for employment opportunities and benefits.

I, along with one of my interns, have been working with Richard on some of his short-term case management goals. We recently got him a bed at a youth shelter in Chicago. The next steps are to help him obtain identification so he can begin looking for employment. It would be so great to see Richard receive this help.
