Overview
I am a recovering addict with almost two years clean from addiction. I have been at my place of employment for almost one year. I work as a Shipper at Jernberg Industries.
My goals are to have an apartment with furniture and to continue to be a mentor in my community. I enjoy telling people about my past because I hope it will encourage them to be productive citizens.
I need household items like dishes, towels and cookware.
Meeting this need will help me because this is my first apartment and I have spent all my finances moving into the apartment. I have no money to purchase household items because I'm still in debt.
Need funded!
Thank you for helping Phil fund this need.

I've known Phil for about a year now. He came in as a student here at The Cara Program very eager to learn and embrace all of the classes that were taught here. I've worked with Phil on financial literacy classes, budgeting, and resume building. Phil now has a full time job and now his first apartment. With the help from Benevolent it will help Phil become more self sufficient and have a peace of mind that will allow him to enjoy his home.
