Overview
I am a 45 year old looking to get into the real estate field. I have met someone who has 35 plus years of experience in real estate, willing to teach me; willing to mentor me.
My goals are to take and complete the state required hours of a real estate broker's class, take the state exam, and get my state license. Once the license is obtained, I can begin my career working at a real estate agency, a guaranteed position. I can then find permanent housing, my own apartment.
I need to enroll in a class to obtain the state required hours, then take the state exam. My tuition includes the course materials, exam prep, instructor support, final exams, course transcript, Licensing Exam Prep materials and all administrative requirements. The total I seek includes both the class tuition and the state exam fee.
Meeting this need will help me because the opportunity that is being offered to me by the experienced real estate broker and business owner is unique. It will be a one-to-one mentorship, and a guarantee compensation (a draw) at his agency to get me started in the field. Once employed, I can begin to look for my own apartment.
