Overview
I’m a good student at Fourah College in my second year - pursuing a diploma in Gender and Development Studies. My parents and four younger siblings live in a remote village. My impoverished family is unable to pay for my school fees. I have not been able to secure any scholarships or college loans. I am currently living with my uncle - sleeping on an uncomfortable couch.
I want to become a gender activist. I want to uplift girls and women in my community. I also want to help lift my family out of poverty.
I need help paying for my college tuition, transportation to campus, meals, and a mattress (so I can sleep and rest well). I also need a cell phone and a laptop to aid my studies and prepare papers/presentations. This would make a huge difference in my life right now.
With my tuition paid, I can continue my education. This will help me to finish my degree and become a gender activist. The other items will help me succeed and advance along.

She is struggling financially and desperately needs our help to get her through this academic year. Your support would be deeply appreciated.
