Eric wanted to say "Thank You" Sep 12, 2014
He says, "I was so surprised to find out my need was funded! It’s nice to know that there are still people and programs out there that care. I am so grateful to this site and my donor. I would like to send a heartfelt thank you - you are my guardian angel. Last night, I slept in a bed for the first time in a long time - I can't thank you enough."
Overview
I am a hard-working, honest man. I live in Detroit, Michigan and I enjoy to cook.
My goals are to live independently. I volunteer in my community using my passion for cooking. I plan to open up a business that will allow homeless people the opportunity to come in for a hot meal daily.
I need a bed. A bed will help me in many ways A bed will allow me more time to focus on my passion in life cooking and helping the homeless.
Meeting this need will help me because having a bed will allow me to have a better and full night sleep. A bed will also allow my body to get the rest it needs. I would no longer have to sleep on the floor after standing at work all day.
Need funded!
Thank you for helping Eric fund this need.

I met Eric several months ago when he came in seeking bed resources. Eric is working but does not have the means to pay for a bed without neglecting other bills. Eric loves to cook. He contributions to society have included cooking for the homeless in his spare time. He could really use a helping hand himself. Any help you could give would go a long way.
