My job title is Case Manager. I have been in this position since 07/11/2011.

My work involves providing Case Managent support. As a Case Manager I provide in house support like linking individuals with housing resources, employment and food banks.

What I like about my job is seeing the results and to have the opportunity to work with the community. I have been able to provide support and assist individuals that are in need.

I like how we help people receive services especially those that are chronic homeless. I've been doing different roles here over the past 2 years and it's a life time experience and a true bleesing to be a part of the challenges individuals that are homeless face.
