My job title is Case Manager.

My work involves helping individuals become housed by helping them work on barriers they come across during and after homelessness. Once they're housed, I continue to work with them on an as-need basis to help maintain self-suffiency.

What I like about my job is assisting individuals with change. The agency I work for believes in working together as a team to help our clients achieve self-suffiency. It feels amazing being a part of the team.
