My job title is Career Specialist.  My work involves assisting participants who have graduated from our 4-week Employment Services Training Program to reach their goals.  Most participants have goals related to employment or education.  Together we work on creating resumes, cover letters, and discover the steps needed to achieve their goal. 

What I like about my job is my ability to witness particpants reach their goals and dreams, not because of my assistance, but because they work hard to find a job, to study, to be dedicated, to be resilient, and to succeed.
