I'm the Director of Primocenter PSH program. We have a 12 unit permanant supportive housing program on the Westside of Chicago. Our families have experienced homelessness, incarceration, substance abuse and mental health issues. We provide intensive case management, clinical intervention and various life skills groups. I've worked in social services for 25yrs and find working with population most rewarding. Our families are learning to love the life they live. We're not only providing them with a house but a home. A home that's allow them to break the cycle of homelessness.
