My job title is Case Manager. My work involves providing comprehensive case management and crisis intervention to adults who are currently experiencing homelessness, imminently facing homelessness, and/or adults experiencing domestic violence. My goal is to help these individuals address barriers that are impeding their ability to find and/or maintain permanent housing.
What I like about my job is seeing the successes and daily wins that these individuals attain. These build the confidence and success rate of these individuals' accomplishing short-term and long-term goals.
I truly enjoy the work I do and feel privileged to be able to help individuals in crisis.
